kazakhstan 2026 Unreal Planet road trip mangghystau

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Check out this fantastic DVOW Finalist video from the Mangystau region of Kazakhstan in Central Asia, compliments of FPV Grandpa.  The Mangystau region overs the southwestern part of the country.  The inland part of Mangystau (which also includes Kazakhstan's long Caspian Sea coastline) is an other-worldly and largely uninhabited landscape, characterized by giant rock formations that tower far above the desert floor.  The video includes shots of Bokty Mountain (first seen at the :09 mark), the Tuzbair Salt Flats, and more.
