Fansipan Legend-Sapa Vietnam

Top AirVuz contributor davetke2002 brings us this fantastic drone video from the highest mountain in Vietnam.  The video was filmed over and around Fansipan, which is located near the town of Sa Pa in Lào Cai, one of the country's northernmost provinces.  The mountain has a summit elevation of about 10.3k ft. above sea level (a bit over 3.1k m) making it the highest peak not only in Vietnam but on the entire Indochina peninsula.  The video includes spectacular shots of the giant Buddha statue which sits near the mountains's summit.

Description:

Fansipan Legend is located in Sapa Vietnam. It is home to the ethnic minority Hmong group. It is also a tourist attraction bringing in millions of visitors a year from all over the world. This little piece I hope to paint a story of the journey to the mountain where the Fansipan statue is located and is at the hightest point in Southeast Asia.
