For his first upload to AirVuz, brand-new contributor Michael Putzer won the Drone Video of the Week contest with this spectacular international travel reel.  The video shows a "backwards" facing view with seamless transitions between the featured locations.  Starting at the :16 mark, you'll see the Fanal Forest on the Portugese island of Madeira, then transition to the Dolomite Mountains in northeastern Italy.  Other locations include Milnerton Beach in South Africa (1:18) and the Truc Lam Phat Tich Pagoda in Vietnam (2:04).

Description:

The project "NO BORDERS FROM ABOVE" has been in the making for a long time. Countless hours of flying, editing, and connecting landscapes from all over the world to create one continuous journey through the sky. From mountains to oceans, forests to winter-landscapes — every place flows into the next, showing something simple: From above, there are no borders. This film is about the freedom of flight, the beauty of our planet, and the reminder that the lines we draw on maps often divide us unnecessarily. While far below, human conflicts and wars remind us of these divisions, from above the Earth looks whole — a single connected story. And when you fly high enough, you can almost believe that one day… we all will see it that way too. I hope you enjoy the journey.
