This FPV flight takes you through the forgotten corridors and spaces of this remarkable historic building — before its story changes forever. The site is now planned for a major redevelopment. The historic sanatorium is set to be transformed into a large-scale **hotel and residential complex**, including around **86 hotel rooms, 38 residential units, restaurants, wellness facilities and other amenities**. Renovation and conversion work is expected to begin soon, with completion currently planned for **2028**. For Urbex and abandoned-place enthusiasts, this marks the end of an era.
